The minimum requirement for a first wholesale order is $150 with the re-order minimum of $100.  Payment by credit card is expected before your order ships.  For re-orders, Net 30 terms may be requested.  A copy of your state resale certificate may be requested before your order is accepted.


Our company handcrafts all products within 10 to 14 business days, however your wholesale order may take up to 3 weeks to reach you depending on current production times.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

While all Cloverleaf Jewelry is handmade, the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 7 to 10 business days to be created for you.



The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Please inform your customers that the best way to care for jewelry is by:

•Storing in a bag or container away from moisture

•Using a gentle, non-toxic jewelry cleaner appropriate for the type of metal your jewelry is made of

•Removing jewelry before swimming in a chlorinated swimming pool

•Sterling silver is likely to tarnish is worn regularly.

Jewelry can be damaged if:

•Too much pressure is applied to the jewelry

•There is prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.  Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.


Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 7 to 10 business days to be handmade.



For wholesale purchases, we do not standardly offer refunds for returns.  We do, however, offer a generous exchange program.  You may get in touch with us to discuss the return of any unsold jewelry after 90 days and choose replacements, including any pieces from newly released collections, without restocking fees.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

There are certain situations where no exchange can be granted: (if applicable)

•Any item not in its original condition not due to our error.

•Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a package with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
